Zooming and focusing are very similar, and both exercises are done by placing your thumb in front of you and moving it closer and further from your eyes. Not only does it strengthen your eye muscles, it also improves your ability to focus.
Tracing can be done to improve eye vision by imagining a figure-eight in front of you and tracing it with your eyes. This exercise will help strengthen your eyes, as well as improve eye flexibility. It will be hard at first, but it will become easier the more you practice it.
