Journey of Souls
Why are we here on Earth and where do we go after death? What will happen to us when we get there? Many authors have written about past lives, but there really hasn’t been much about what happens to our souls as we await rebirth – until now.
When Dr. Michael Newton, a certified master Hypnotherapist began regressing his clients to access memories of former lives, he accidentally stumbled on a discovery of huge proportions; that it is possible to “see” into the spirit world through the mind’s eye of subjects who are in a hypnotized state; and that clients in this altered state were able to tell him what their soul was doing between lives on Earth.
Michael Newton says, “If death were the end of everything about us, then life indeed would be meaningless. However, some power within us enables humans to conceive of a hereafter and to sense a connection to a higher power and even an eternal soul. If we do actually have a soul, then where does it go after death? Is there really some sort of heaven full of intelligent spirits outside our physical universe? What does it look like? What do we do when we get there? Is there a supreme being in charge of this paradise?”
Journey Of Souls answers all of those questions for us in this jam packed book that contains seventy astonishing hynotherapy sessions.
In one session recorded as “Case 8”, a client says that she has a friend who has come to meet her as she crosses over. She gives her friend the name of Rachel and says that she is always there to greet her when she passes over and refers to her as her guardian.
Another session recorded as “Case 9”, one client tells of his death experience in an exuberant way and with lots of excitement as if he’s very happy to have reached this moment. He explains that he needs no one to meet him as he crosses over because this is hynotherapie en ligne not a new experience for him, he has done it many times and is familiar with where he is going. He explains that he is being pulled along to his destination on what he describes as something similar to a radio band. Being swept away in an involuntary way.
In “Case 13” the client had committed suicide in a past life and is transitioning to the afterlife. Dr. Newton asks him if he will receive punishment as a spirit for his act and he tells him that there is no such thing as punishment in this realm. When he meets with his “spiritual advisor” he learns that by choosing to die when he did through suicide means he will have to come back later and deal with the same things all over again in a different life.
As someone who was raised to fear an all judging God and who was warned about the horrors of the fires of Hell and gnashing of teeth if I didn’t live an impeccable life, this book has put my uncomfortable feelings about these issues to rest. This little book separates religion from the death experience allowing me to see that fear about dying is something that has been programed in me as a means of control on this earthly plane.
